Maintenance Assistant

Lighthouse Assisted Living and Memory Care is searching for a qualified Maintenance assistant to join our team, ensuring our buildings and campus are well maintained and safe. Lighthouse offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care with 138 suites in total. A Maintenance Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Maintenance Director. The Maintenance Assistants are responsible for conducting general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging toilets, replacing plug sockets, plumbing repairs and passing out supplies. They perform routine health and safety checks to ensure that fire alarms, and other safety equipment works correctly. Maintenance assistants may have to respond to emergency after hour calls.
