As a Life Enrichment Specialist and valuable team member, you will lead with planning, organizing, and implementing activities that provide social, physical, emotional, intellectual, occupational and spiritual benefits to the independent living residents.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and/or assist with group or one-on-one activity programs and ensure that each are set up prior to the beginning of the event.
• Purchase supplies and equipment needed to administer the programs and/or activities, with the approval of the Life Enrichment Coordinator.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings, in-service training programs and other meetings as required.
• Assist with decorating for special events and holidays.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
