We are hiring for a limited number of part-time Caregiver positions with the potential for full-time opportunities as they become available.

💰 Starting Pay: $17.23/hr for Wellness Aides
🌙 Shift Differentials:

• 2nd Shift: +$0.75/hr
• 3rd Shift: +$1.00/hr

Essential Job Functions:

✔ Assist residents with daily life functions, always ensuring dignity and respect
✔ Help residents move to and from activities, dining, and other locations
✔ Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.)
✔ Assist with transfers and lifting (bed to chair, chair to commode, etc.)
✔ Housekeeping & Laundry – Maintain a clean and organized living space
✔ Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
✔ Serve meals as needed and support engagement in activities
✔ Report any changes in residents’ conditions to supervisors
✔ Follow infection control and safety protocols

Job Details:

📌 Job Type: Part-time (with potential for full-time as positions open)
📌 Pay: $17.23 - $18.23 per hour (including shift differentials)
📌 Schedule Options:

• Morning shift ☀
• Evening shift 🌙 (+$0.75/hr)
• Overnight (awake) 🌙💤 (+$1.00/hr)
• Rotating weekends
