Qualifications:
â Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
â Able to identify and solve issues.
â Able to work well independently given proper direction.
â General knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
â Ability to pay close attention to detail from start to finish.
â Good customer service and professional attitude.
â Maintenance work can be physically demanding, so you should be physically fit
enough to perform tasks in different weather conditions and in tight spaces.
â Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
Other helpful qualifications:
â Experience in facilities maintenance or carpentry
â Specialized experience with plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems
â EPA certification
â Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
â Being bilingual (English/Spanish)
â Having a valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
â Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk 25 feet.
â Able to climb and work above ceilings, with heights ranging from 8 to 14 feet.
â Must not have any physical limitations that would prevent the performance of the duties and responsibilities outlined in this job description.
