Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)

Salary:

Beginning at $25 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and dedicated maintenance technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with the senior population and possess excellent customer service skills. This role involves general and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure our residents’ comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• HVAC repair and troubleshooting
• Painting and drywall repair
• Electrical work
• Carpentry tasks
• Small appliance repair
• Plumbing troubleshooting
• Assisting with room-turns for new residents

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in general maintenance
• HVAC certification (strongly preferred)
• Ability to work at heights (rooftop HVAC repair)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service skills with a patient and kind demeanor
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for weekends and holidays
• Successful background check
• Pre-employment physical and drug test

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, with on-call rotation for weekends and holidays
