• High School diploma and maintenance experience required.
• Skills in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Latham Centers' facilities, grounds, and properties.
• Collaborate with various staff members and respect student interactions.
• Report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Perform plumbing, heating, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Manage automotive maintenance for school vehicles.
• Maintain grounds and assist with miscellaneous tasks.
• Provide care to students with disabilities as needed.
• Be available for occasional on-call maintenance issues.
