LPN - Day Shift Saginaw

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for the day shift in Saginaw. The LPN will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Duties may include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with procedures, and documenting patient information.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor and record patient vital signs
• Assist with procedures and treatments as needed
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality care

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of Michigan
• CPR certification
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
