Your Overnight LPN Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, person-centered care throughout the night
- Perform regular rounds and monitor resident well-being
- Supervise and support overnight nursing staff
- Communicate with families and document updates as needed
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Complete documentation per regulations and company policies
- Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transitions
What You Need to Bring as an LPN:
- Active LPN license in South Carolina
- 1–2 years of healthcare experience preferred
- CPR Certification
- Intermediate computer and documentation skills
- Availability to work 7 PM – 7 AM, including weekends and holidays as needed
