Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Lead Concierge [Sunday-Thursday, Full-Time] who serves as a senior member of the Concierge team, responsible for both delivering exceptional service to community members and providing day-to-day operational leadership. In addition to performing the core duties of a Concierge-assisting Residents in obtaining the services and amenities they need-the Lead Concierge oversees the scheduling, coverage, and coordination of the Concierge team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role also supports the Communications Manager by helping to maintain service quality and consistency of messaging across the community. Responsibilities in this area include proofreading, content publishing, and contributing to administrative tasks and special projects as assigned. Through a combination of hands-on services and team leadership, the Lead Concierge plays a key role in enhancing the overall Resident experience at Fleet Landing.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact for all Concierge team members across the Campus
Manage weekly schedules and daily assignments to ensure full coverage at all Concierge desks
Coordinate backup support when Concierge staff are absent or during hiring gaps
Assist the Communications Manager with relaying updates, protocols, and expectations to Concierge staff
Provide coaching/guidance under the direction of the Communications Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education Required:
High school, business school, or equivalent
Experience:
Must have previous experience creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, graphs, and Word documents
Must be familiar With Microsoft Outlook, web-based documents/forms, and phone systems
Experience managing team schedules, shift coverage, or other administrative coordination duties is strongly preferred
Hotel, hospital, CCRC, or other retirement community or hospitality experience is preferred
