The Presbyterian Community has a wonderful opportunity for a Director of Culinary Services. This leadership position will plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Dining Department.
Responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to, the following:
Education, Experience and Skills:
Education: Associates Degree, Certified Dietary Manager Certification, along with ServSafe Certification
Experience: Three or more years in a supervisory culinary role
Skill: Proficiency in Microsoft software programs. Strong planning, organizing, leadership and team management skills. Comprehensive knowledge of food service systems and administration.
Preferred Education, Experience and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Experience: Direct experience working in senior living as a culinary supervisor.
